Just as water runs
downhill, it's natural
for an artist to create
spontaneously.
Whether I am working
in digital media or
traditional media,
the creative process
is always rooted in
experimentation and
discovery. As
a fine artist and
digital designer,
I see the computer
as a canvas for the
mind. People ask me
how I can be creative
when I am working
with a computer. Doesn't
the technology get
in the way?
Artists
have always dealt with some type of technology.
The painter understands the technology of brushes
and paper as well as the science of color and
light. Artists are deeply involved in the "how"
of making things. When you think about it, learning
where to click a mouse is not much different
from learning how to use a brush.
